This Refund Policy applies to every digital product sold by 69.939.276 GABRIEL RODRIGUES DE OLIVEIRA under the Evenfold brand on evenfold.site. All products are one-time purchases delivered electronically. This policy forms part of our Terms of Use.

If a product is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. No detailed explanation is required, although we appreciate hearing what we could improve.
3. How to request a refund

- the email address used for the purchase;
- the name of the product;
- the approximate purchase date.
We reply to refund requests within 1 business day and confirm every approved refund by email.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original amount and currency. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Access after a refund
When a refund is processed, access to the corresponding product is removed from your account, and you agree to delete any copies or PDF files you downloaded. Other products you purchased are not affected.

7. Duplicate or unrecognized charges

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we can usually solve the issue faster.
